First Time Clients

We at East Bay Animal Hospital want to welcome you to our facility. We will try our best to exceed your needs, and the needs of your precious pets. In order to accomplish this, we ask you to try to follow some of the requests we have listed below.

• Please call for an appointment. Although we can accommodate walk-ins at times, we ask you to schedule an appointment before hand. Just call our office at (727-536-2743) for an appointment,

• Please try to arrive 10- 15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for paperwork to be filled in and for data to be entered into our computer system. If you have had treatment for your pet at another facility, please try to have any prior records with you, or please have your previous veterinarian fax us your pets records before your appointment in order for us to review your pets history in advance.
  
• Please Click here to download our new client form. Save time by printing it and filling it out before you come in. Just bring the completed form in with you when you and your pet come in for a visit.
  
• Payment is requested the day services are provided. We do accept cash, checks (With proper ID) and , of course, most major Credit and debit cards. Please bring us any questions you may have on charges or billing. We always try to give you a fair and honest cost estimate upfront and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
